Cure Soil

Cure Soil Club

The future is not written. It's grown.

An anti corporate club where we all work together to create soil security and independence from international supply chains.

Biodynamic compost from Marin County, the advice that goes with it, and a crew that shows up.

Membership

Choose ROOT for the monthly compost and practical protocols, or GROW when you are ready to take the pledge and go deeper. These memberships keep the work close to your own ground. If you need hands on your site, Done For You begins with a conversation so we do not prescribe a service before seeing the place.

Test drive for free

Tell us about your growing place in the free intake and Today will give you a seasonal starting point without a card. That first plan is a guide to what to notice, not a substitute for testing the soil. If a recommendation depends on a lab number, get the test before choosing a rate.

The Compost

Cure Soil is a health and wellness company that happens to sell compost.

Our Biodynamic® compost is a way to bring living material back to a bed. Keep the ground covered and follow the compost protocol rather than guessing an application rate; on plastic mulch, a drip extract may be the better path. Look for improved soil structure and roots over time, not an instant cure from a bag.

how we make it

We build long rows of compost called windrows on ranch land in Marin County, turn them with a machine so air reaches the middle, water them so the microbes stay damp enough to work, and watch the temperature until the pile has cooled and finished. Swipe through a turning day.

The Science

148,218 flagellates/g · 823 µg/g fungal biomass · zero oomycetes detected — measured, not claimed.

Those figures describe the tested batch, not every garden. A flagellate is a small soil organism that helps cycle nutrients, and fungal biomass is the measured amount of fungal life. Use the figures as a reason to ask what is living in your own soil, not a promise that one application will solve every problem.

The Pledge

The Cure Soil Underground official pledge certificate, signed by founders Ian Hunter and Jeremy Knudsen

The earth is abundant. Scarcity is taught.

The pledge names the practices we want to build together. GROW members take it before joining; ROOT members may take it when they are ready. Read each line before signing, because the choices you make in your own garden matter more than a checked box.
